Manage My Account .>. Add franchise/chain location
The steps here to add a franchise/chain location are outlined for users already familiar with signing up a single location. If you have yet to sign up a single location please reference the Quick Start Guide before reading this article.
To set up chains or multiple locations operating under the same name requires that you establish a regular user account and designate a location as your primary registered (main) location. To do this first sign in and then click the Restaurant sign up button on the home page.
Enter the name of your restaurant with it's location. Check the box: "Want to sign-up for a restaurant chain (main location)". Click Submit and complete the normal registration process.
Re-enter the name of the restaurant and click the radio button next to yes, indicating that this is your main, or flagship location.
Having established a primary location, you can now assign the menu and photos of that location to all of your remain locations.
For each now location: Select, "edit profile" (after you've signed in). Check the box, "Is restaurant part of a chain?". Enter the name of the restaurant. As you begin typing the name a drop down menu with the name of your chain will appear. Select your restaurant and complete the balance of the profile.
Note: you need only edit changes to the primary profile.
When a restaurant is selected as part of a chain, the menu and photos of the main location will be transferred automatically to the newly registered location.
